Antique portrait painting "The Widow of the Pharmacist of Trent"

Cod 10951 antique Italian painting from the second half of the 17th century. Oil on canvas depicting the portrait of an old lady, the pharmacist's widow of thirty, of good pictorial quality. Particular subject of large size and strong visual impact adorned with a 19th-century frame, in wood and plaster, carved, blackened and gilded. work rich in decorative elements, the pharmacy jars to the left of the figure are very pleasant. The widow in a dark dress with finely finished lace and lace is very well painted. A writing (lower left) gives information about the place and the character represented (see photo). Painting having undergone conservative restoration, relining, replacement of the frame and color recovery in some places (see photo). Overall, the painting is in a good state of conservation.
