Pair of bronze door knockers - Empire lion head handles

Pair of antique gilt bronze door ornaments decorated with a sculpted lion's head holding a laurel wreath ring in its mouth, typical of the Napoleon III style, from the Empire period. Finely carved, these decorative elements can be used as door knockers or as door or furniture handles. Authentic and powerful, they transform their support into an object of art.
