Expressionist oil painting by the outstanding danish-swedish painter, graphic artist and illustrator jules schyl (1893-1977). The picture was painted by the artist in the 1960s, most probably during his many study trips to paris. It shows a view of the notre-dame cathedral in paris. The painting is handwritten by the artist in the upper left corner. Made in oil technique on canvas. On the back, the stamp of the swedish auction house stockholms auktionsverk is stamped on the stretcher.
