Ceramic and wood covered pot/tabletop bin

This pretty pot can still be used for its original purpose as a tabletop bin, but today it can also serve as a container for various things: makeup remover wipes in the bathroom, sweets or cookies, food scraps for composting, or even be used without its lid to store cutlery or kitchen utensils. It's made of ceramic, has a simple shape, and is therefore easy to clean. The lid is made of wood. It likely dates from the 1970s or 80s. It's in very good condition, the ceramic is intact, with just a few tiny marks on the wooden lid. It measures 19 cm in height with the lid (15.5 cm without) and 15 cm in diameter.
