1960s Mid-Century Modern Extendable Dining Table – Walnut Veneer, Czechoslo

This elegant Mid-Century dining table was produced in the 1960s in Czechoslovakia. It features a beautifully patterned walnut veneer tabletop with a glossy finish, paired with slender tapering solid wood legs. The table extends effortlessly to a full length of 170 cm: the two sides slide outward, revealing an additional middle section cleverly hidden upside down beneath the main tabletop, which can be easily flipped into place. The tapering legs can also be unscrewed for convenient transport or storage. In excellent vintage condition, this piece shows only minimal wear, preserving its authentic character. Its striking design and clever functionality make it a perfect centrepiece for a collector’s home - or anyone who appreciates mid-century craftsmanship at its finest.
