Parisian commode in solid walnut, from the Louis XIV period. It features 5 drawers arranged in 3 rows on the front, adorned with S-shaped motifs. Handles and keyholes in bronze. Moulded side panels. It bears the stamp of the cabinetmaker H. JORANT, framed on each side by the JME hallmark for furniture made in Paris. Work completed in France in the 18th century.
