Vintage silver metal sugar or ice cube tongs with engraved lion claw decoration

This elegant sugar tongs is made of silver plated metal. A pretty cutlery for serving sugar cubes or ice cubes. It is decorated with an engraved flower decoration and ends with lion claws. It bears a star hallmark. I note significant wear to the silver layer. In good condition, this sugar tongs measures 14.5 cm. I note scratches from use and traces of oxidation.
