Teak armchair by Svend Skipper, Scandinavian.

This charming modern Scandinavian armchair was designed in the 1960s by Svend Skipper for Skipper Mobler Fenmark and resembles, in a smaller version, the design of the famous Papa Bear chair by Hans Wegner. The orange-red Kvadrat fabric upholstery has been renewed to a higher quality level and finished with buttons, while the legs are made of teak. The most interesting and characteristic detail of this chair is the wooden claws at the end of the armrest, which are intended to prevent the sitter from dirtying the fabric with their hands. Very comfortable and elegant, it is a perfect focal point for any mid-century Scandinavian and modern living room or library.
