Ceramic juice set by Hans Wagner (HWL) 1960/70

Rare glazed ceramic juice set, signed HWL (Hans Wagner Landshut), a German ceramicist renowned in the 1960s and 1970s for his colorful and joyful creations. The naive decoration of stylized fruits (apples, plums, cherries) perfectly illustrates the convivial spirit of Bavarian design and the West German Pottery movement. Composition: • 1 large pitcher (H 25.5 cm X Ø 11 cm – 16 cm with handle) • 6 assorted cups (H 9 cm X Ø 8 cm – 12.5 cm with handle) Each piece is marked HWL under the base. Good overall condition; note: one cup handle is weakened and a small chip on another cup (see photos). These minor flaws do not affect the aesthetics or usability of the set. A rare and decorative collector's item, ideal for serving juice, lemonade or sangria with a charming retro touch.
