French Standing Coat Rack In Japanese Style, early 1900s

French standing coat rack in japanese style, from the beginning of the 20th century. Beautiful handmade standing wall coat rack also known by the french name porte manteau. This is made of bamboo with various painted panels on which a bird and floral decoration. It also has a comb tray and the hooks where the brushes hung. At the bottom are the original zinc drip trays for the umbrella and walking sticks.
