Condition report: The sofa is overall in very good condition. It has been professionally cleaned and refreshed with a specialised leather treatment. Coming from an exceptionally well-maintained architect's home, it has only been used occasionally. As a result, both the upholstery and the leather have remained in remarkably good condition despite the decades that have passed. Only minor signs of wear, appropriate to its age, are present. On one side panel, there are legitimate pressure marks in the leather, which have been documented in the photographs as best as we could.
