Antique engraving , the hunter to the discovery early XX century

Very nice colorful engraving, framed and glazed, after a painting by carle vernet, engraved by georges schlumberger, entitled: "the hunter to discover". it represents a rider holding his horse with around dogs, probably hunting. it is very nicely framed with a blue matte and gold edging. A gilded wooden frame has a label on the back, stating "engraving, original warranty, by g schlumberger". ( see the many photos) Very elegant, the painting is ready to be hung to give charm to your interior. Size: l 39 cm h 32 cm.
