Midcentury brutalist wood turned table lamp in the style of Charles Dudouyt

A gorgeous French modernist hand crafted table lamp with new lampshade, ca 1950s. These lamps are often named in the style of Charles Dudouyt.The wood is in a lovely condition as can be seen in the pics where you also see a small repair on one pf the corners of the square centre base. The lamp has been refitted for a general E27 lightbulb. The base without the shade measures 46 cm and including the shade 65 cm.
