Brutalist wood turned table lamp in the style of Charles Dudouyt, 1940s

A gorgeous French modernist table lamp with new lampshade, ca 1940s-1950s. These lamps are often named in the style of Charles Dudouyt.The wood is in a lovely condition as can be seen in the pics. The lamp has been refitted with a gorgeous bronze eaton fitting for general E27 lightbulbs and has been rewired. The base without the shade measures 43 cm and including the shade 54 cm.
