The S32 cantilever chair has a tubular metal frame, a backrest and a seat made of wood and rattan. This chair is marked with a round metal plate on the back of the seat. It has a seat made of hand-woven rattan, which is quite rare. This chair was designed in 1928 by the Hungarian designer Marcel Breuer (1902 - 1981). Thonet first produced this chair in 1929.
