'Euroika' set of 4 chairs – Friso Kramer for Auping

These 'Euroika' chairs are Dutch mid-century design. In 1963, master designer Friso Kramer designed the Euroika series for Auping. Originally conceived as stylish bedroom chairs, but thanks to their sleek design and high seating comfort, they are now highly sought after as dining chairs, office chairs or striking accent chairs. The minimalist, slender steel frame forms a beautiful contrast with the elegantly shaped seat and backrest made of curved teak plywood. Designer: Friso Kramer. Manufacturer: Auping (The Netherlands).
