'Euroika' set of 4 chairs – Friso Kramer for Auping

These 'Euroika' chairs are Dutch mid-century design. In 1963, master designer Friso Kramer created the Euroika series for Auping. Originally intended as stylish bedroom chairs, their sleek design and high seating comfort have made them highly sought after today as dining chairs, office chairs, or striking accent chairs. The minimalist, slender steel frame forms a beautiful contrast with the elegantly shaped seat and backrest made of bent teak plywood. Designer: Friso Kramer. Manufacturer: Auping (The Netherlands).
