Lovely and large Chinese screen with 4 panels in Coromandel lacquer, first half of the 20th century, superb colorful decoration of exotic birds flying and playing in a luxuriant vegetation of bamboo and flowers; the whole is in good general condition (some wear/patina of time: lacquer chips in particular on 2 corners and on the back and wear of the metal straps at the feet: see photos but not very noticeable in an overall view) Length unfolded: 163cm Height: 182.8cm Width of panel alone: 40cm
