Model ML3 table lamp designed by Ingo Maurer and produced by Design M, Germany, circa 1966. The slender, transparent blown glass base supports a chrome-plated metal stem on which rests a large, conical, white-lacquered metal shade. The contrast between the lightness of the glass and the strong presence of the shade gives this model an elegant and balanced silhouette.
