Vintage table lamp with a square wooden column and brushed steel base.

A vintage table lamp with a slender square column made of warm reddish-brown stained wood, set on a flat rectangular brushed steel base with small black feet. A metal collar with a knurled screw connects the column to the socket, which has a built-in toggle switch. The tapered rectangular lampshade in soft cream fabric diffuses a warm and even light. A clean and architectural shape from the 1990s-2000s that suits a desk, console, or bedside table. In good vintage condition with visible signs of age and use. The brushed steel base is scratched and scuffed, with some lighter areas and small dark spots. The wooden column has a few tiny dents and light marks. The fabric lampshade is slightly yellowed and has a few small stains and marks, and its lower corners and edges are slightly worn and creased. The lamp was working at the time of the photo. Height: 47.5 cm Width of the lampshade: 28 cm
