Antique framed mirror, bevelled glass and silver-plated metal frame, 1930-1940.

Timeless charm for this lovely antique tabletop mirror. This model stands out with its thick bevelled glass (1 cm thick) of very fine quality and a minimalist silver metal frame, enhanced by delicate ornaments crafted at the four corners. The back is covered with elegant brown faux leather featuring a lizard (or snake) skin effect, padded and equipped with an easel with its original fabric attachment, allowing it to be elegantly placed on a dressing table, chest of drawers, or sideboard. The frame and mirror have been carefully cleaned for sale: The glass: In very good overall condition, not pitted (no black oxidation spots). It only shows fine and rare superficial usage scratches, almost invisible in situ (see photos). The frame: The silver metal has a lovely patina of time with oxidation spots that attest to its authenticity and give it all its vintage charm.
