1940s/50s Streamline Moderne ceiling light

Set of 2 vintage ceiling lights that are undoubtedly interior bus ceiling lights made of metal and glass from the 1940s to 1950s. Metal or cast aluminium support painted in pale green/grey-green original colour. Diffuser: Opaline glass cover. Small toggle or push switch integrated into the casing. Their aerodynamic and streamlined design fits within the transition between the Streamline Moderne style (the end of industrial Art Deco from the 1930s-1940s) and the beginnings of the 1950s aesthetic. Dimensions: 26x10x6 cm. They are in their original condition, needing restoration. They show signs of wear such as rust and visible paint loss as seen in the photos.
