60s cognac leather designer armchair, mid-century modern leather lounge chair.

Magnificent leather lounge chair from the space age of the sixties, restored to very good condition after appropriate maintenance. A chrome tubular frame forms the base of the chair. The front and back legs are curved from a single piece of chrome metal tubing. These two parts gracefully meet, highlighting the graphic interplay of lines in the design. The armrests are covered in the original cognac leather. The seat and backrest are made from a single piece of the same cognac-coloured leather. The ends of the legs are fitted with the original swivel castors. The leather has been deeply cleaned and then protected with several layers of high-quality upholstery wax. The chrome metal frame has been lightly polished and has regained its original shine. The chair is ready to be used immediately.
