Scheurich Vase | Model 244-22 | West Germany Pottery 1980s

Vintage ceramic vase by the west german pottery manufacturer scheurich. It is marked "w. Germany 244-22" on the underside with the manufacturer's logo. Its minimalist design with touches of off-white glaze on bare earthenware clay contrasts with the well-known colorful patterns of midcentury west german ceramics. A wonderful neutral decorative piece for all seasons. Height: 22.5 cm. Diameter: 14.5 cm. Weight: 780 grams. Condition: very good vintage condition with some signs of wear. Note a small transfer of white glaze that occurred during production, as well as some glaze chips on the underside. See photos for details.
