Louis-Philippe style bench from the 19th century, made of solid mahogany.

The Louis-Philippe style is characterised by its simple, curved lines and the emphasis on wood rather than ornamentation: here, a mahogany with a warm hue and pronounced grain, enhanced by its original patina. The curvature of the uprights and the mouldings give it balance and presence without being overbearing. Sound, stable, and completely original. Apart from a chip and a repair on one leg (see photo), it is in very good condition. Dimensions: d.80 X w.180 X h.96. Please note: 2 chairs and 2 armchairs of the same type are also available.
