Two-tier service cart / bar cart designed by Cesare Lacca in Italy in the 1950s-1960s. The top is made of formica with a teak effect on a wooden base. The lower layer has a glass top and a brass bottle holder for 6 bottles. The frame is made of solid walnut with brass in a stunning organic shape, resting on brass wheels. Under both layers, there is an unknown seal on the wood (see photos). Good vintage condition, some scratches on the formica layers and the glass has a few chips around the opening for the brass bottle holder (see photos). The wheels work well, with some spots of oxidation on the brass.
