Chess and backgammon game, marquetry box

Magnificent chess and backgammon set presented in a marquetry box. The wood is of very high quality and numerous details adorn the box. The open board measures 30.5/30.5cm with a thickness of 3cm. The closed box measures: 30.5/15.5cm, height 5.5cm. Condition: Good condition of the boards. A few small marks on the wood. Possible absence of varnish on some parts of the inner borders of the box and on the backgammon tokens. The chess pieces are also made of wood, in very good condition, with original felt on the underside. The two brown rooks are not exactly identical (but this is original). Two brown plastic dice. Height of the pieces: The tallest: 6.1cm and the pawn 3.1cm. All details are visible in the photos. Fabric bag provided for packaging the pieces.
