This two-part sideboard opens at the bottom with a double door featuring recessed panels and a mitred frame with interior moulding. These doors, equipped with a functional original lock with chiselled brass entries, reveal a shelf mounted on brackets. The simple apron includes a drawer. The upper part of this recessed piece also has a double opening with small and large moulded panels on the inside, accompanied by a lock and similar entries. Behind these two doors, there is also a shelf mounted on brackets. The upper and lower posts in half-column style are adorned with collars and bronze rings. This sideboard rests on four pointed feet. The crossbar is enhanced with a relief sculpture featuring floral decorations. The whole is topped with a subtly moulded cornice. This two-part sideboard, interesting for its shallow depth, will be particularly appreciated for its significant storage capacity. ******** Period: Early 19th Century. Excellent condition. Waxed finish. Delivery possible in France and internationally. Dimensions: Width: 140 cm. Depth: 40 cm. Height: 214 cm.
