5 Vintage Chairs EDITIONS SELF

Set of 5 chairs in the Scandinavian style signed SIÈGES SELF PRODUCTION L. FERCHAUD FONTENAY-LE-COMTE, some with the yellow label partially faded. They are fully functional and show signs of use related to their age as shown in the numerous photos; they have a lot of charm and authenticity. The seat is comfortable and the upholstery is made of a lovely orange fabric with a velvet feel. Self is a French manufacturer of high-quality chairs since 1945, known for their comfort and ergonomics. I believe the frame is made of stained solid beech. These chairs closely resemble the model by Danish designer Niels O. Møller with their tapered legs and curved backrest. Height 83 cm, width 44 cm, depth 45 cm.
