Art Deco caviar bowl in silver-plated metal and glass – 1930s

Superb silver-plated caviar bowl from the Art Deco period, resting on four stylised feet, with its original cut glass lid. An elegant table piece with geometric lines typical of the 1930s. Hexagonal structure with fluted feet, excellent quality of craftsmanship. Generally in good condition, with micro-scratches and signs of use, slight wear to the silver plating, well-preserved interior gilding, glass lid in good condition (no visible cracks or chips). Item not polished to maintain its patina. Ideal for a vintage elegant table, Art Deco collection, for presenting caviar, butter, sweets, etc. Refined decoration.
