Small hard porcelain vase from the Lomonosov factory, formerly the Leningrad Porcelain Factory, LFZ, in Saint Petersburg. It features the famous "Tulip" shape, created in 1936 by S. E. Yakovleva. The "Pink Tulips" decoration, designed by L. I. Grigorieva in 1978, combines a large pink flower, fine blue twigs, and delicate golden accents. The decoration is painted in overglaze and enhanced with gold. The mark on the base bears the inscription: "Hand Decorated · ЛФЗ · 1744 · St. Petersburg · Russia". Based on this mark and its provenance, this piece was likely made around 2002. It was brought directly from Saint Petersburg in 2002 and has been kept in the family's private collection since. In very good condition. No damage or restoration is documented; only very slight traces consistent with age.
