This two-light wall sconce, adorned with glass flowers and gold details, is an exceptional piece influenced by the Venetian style. Attributable to Baguès, an iconic French house of luxury furniture and lighting design, world-renowned for its elegance and craftsmanship. The flowers are made of faceted clear crystal and the details are cut in the shape of petals. Gold metal structure with a foliage detail, on each leaf is applied a glass of the same shape. Vase-shaped base. This sconce seems to be part of a mix of Rococo styles (curved and decorative shapes) floral with a slightly neoclassical design (symmetry and elegance). 1960s.
