Framed print signed and numbered Bengt Lindström

I am selling this superb color print made for new year's greetings by the swedish artist bengt lindström (1925-2008), student of fernand léger and andré lhote. Framed under glass and ready to hang, it is a resolutely modern luminous work which recalls the expressionists (nolde, munch, ensor) of the 1920s-1930s whose influence the artist claimed. The engraving is signed in the plate and numbered “ea” (for artist’s proof). Because they are an integral part of the process of artistic creation, these special prints have great value: artist proofs are printed in a few copies without any numbering and are reserved for the personal use of the artist.
