Candlestick ceramic vase hand-painted decoration

Charming ceramic object in blue tones, I lean towards a candlestick, but in reality I am not sure! It might as well be a small vase! In any case, the object is beautiful, with a charming hand-painted decoration, a very fine work, made by an artist who has a nice brushstroke. It is in perfect condition, neither crack, nor splinter, nor even a gin. It measures 13.5 cm in height, 11 cm in diameter at the base, and 13 cm in width including the handle. It weighs about 500 g.
