Chinese ginger jar in porcelain from the mid-18th century. Qianlong period, Canton around 1750, from the East India Company. Decorated with landscapes featuring pagodas and hand-painted flowers in cobalt blue. Micro-bubbles and typical marks from ancient wood-fired kilns, a guarantee of authenticity. The actual total dimensions are: H13.5 x D12.5 cm. Please note that the lid has been broken and then re-glued, there is a small barely visible hole and some minor chips on the top of the neck (see the last photos). Overall good condition considering the age of the object.
