Called "lady's secretary", This charming piece from the Napoleonic III era (19th century) is in the Louis XV style. Shaped like a week cabinet, it opens at the front with a flap revealing a writing surface dressed in red fabric, accompanied by interior drawers and shelves. Made of varnished wood with herringbone marquetry, it is adorned with finely chiselled gilt bronze on the corners and rests on a simple and elegant white marble top. The lower part includes six spacious drawers offering ample storage space. Dimensions: Height: 125 cm. Maximum width: 65 cm. Depth: 35 cm. In very good overall condition, but it should be noted that there is a small sign of wear characterised by a discreet bump on the right side. Hence the relatively low price for this particularly elegant and functional antique piece. To be collected in Draveil (91210), 17 km from Paris. Delivery possible in Paris and Île-de-France with a contribution. Shipping in France via carrier (Cocolis).
