Bar prototype – Brasserie Les Haras (2013) – Unique piece in steel

Original bar prototype created in 2013 as part of the development of the Brasserie Les Haras in Strasbourg, a design project led by the agency Jouin Manku (Patrick Jouin & Sanjit Manku). This piece corresponds to a phase of research and validation preceding the creation of the final bar. It was never integrated into the final installation, making it a unique piece today. Entirely custom-made in patinated steel, this prototype features a fluid curved line and a raw aesthetic, emblematic of contemporary designs that blend craftsmanship and architectural design.
