Beautiful marine oil on canvas late nineteenth signed lower left moreno in red paint. Format 24 X 32cm (canvas), in gilded wooden frame 33 X 41 X 4cm. Packed weight 2kg. Rubbing repainted gilded at the edge of the wooden frame. Canvas has undergone 3 small restorations on the back (plugging holes and crack) wall attachment system on the back. We see a group of sailing fishing boats with red banniers, the largest with french tricolor, and a boat with 2 fishermen including a rowing in the foreground, carrying red berets (basques?)
