Antique Napoleon III Repoussé Brass Planter with Hunting Scene Decor. Elegant tripod planter, antique planter, rounded shape, in repoussé brass. On its edge, a superb decoration of a hunting scene in the forest. 19th century period. Dimensions: Height and diameter of approximately 16 cm Weight: 568 grams Very aged condition with deformations, one of the feet is bent, the pot is wobbly, and the edge is slightly deformed. Aged appearance with traces of oxidation and the presence of verdigris. The inner part should be able to be removed but given that it is damaged on the edge, I prefer not to risk altering it. The edge decoration is very aesthetic and well preserved, it does not show any weakness but traces of verdigris in the corners.
