White opaline ceiling lamp or suspension

White opaline ceiling lamp 70s. Has two chromed metal fasteners, one with a decorative headband. On the top element is fixed a threaded rod, in which the wire can be passed and thus allow all the parts to fit well together! On the widest perimeter there is a discreet dark mark and on the narrowest opening (the top one) there is also a slight mark with a very discreet shine that is completely covered when installing the metal piece on top. The dimensions indicated correspond to the dimensions of the ceiling lamp alone (without the hoop).
