Compotier in English porcelain

Formerly intended for festive tables or special occasions, this compotier is of english manufacture. Stamped jd&s, it is approximately more than 120 years old! Its defects and traces are a testimony of its history and this is what moves me in these porcelains of yesteryear. His drawings and details of pale purple color are exceptional and very soft. The compotier, however, has no breach or crack. Height of 13 cm and diameter of the tray of 23 cm.
