Magnificent round earthenware platter from the Salins-les-Bains factory, Miramar pattern in its lemon yellow version, one of the most luminous and sought-after. Here we find the typical signature of this collection: a fine mesh texture applied to the exterior, creating a delicate relief and a subtle play of light beneath the glossy glaze. The color, a light yellow tending towards pastel lemon, instantly brightens a table. The two small side handles, integrated into the shape, reinforce this very 1950s design, both functional and elegant. Original mark under the base: MIRAMAR – Salins France, produced in the 1950s–1960s, a period when the pottery factory modernized its lines under the impetus of Édouard Charbonnier and the graphic renewal of the era. Good vintage condition, a few small chips on one of the handles (see photos), patina of age, perfectly consistent with the age of the piece. Diameter 22 cm (26 cm handle to handle) – height 9 cm. An ideal piece for a mid-century interior updated with a warm and contemporary feel.
