HSP Marine Orientalist port boat signed around 1950 + frame

Painting made in oil on canvas mounted on cardboard (period) of very beautiful signed invoice (to decipher). Dating from the middle of the last century, the work is in a good state of conservation, (probably an orientalist view if we judge by the sail of some boat).
