This piece is part of a set, matched with a large wardrobe featuring a door and a simple mirror. Mellier & Co was an Anglo-French firm based in London, active since the 1880s. This dressing table dates from the 19th century, Victorian style, with period paint and authentic signs of wear related to its age. Its dimensions are: height 152 cm, width 121 cm, depth 59 cm, knee height 62.5 cm. The condition is good with a patina related to age and slight discolouration.
