Ceramic ball lamp base signed Guérin

Ceramic ball lamp base by Jules Guérin (son of Roger Guérin), Belgian ceramist. Very nice pottery work with a shiny brown bronze glaze. A creation quite different from the usual Guérin production but of beautiful quality. Functional lamp in good condition. Note a small chip at the base that is not very visible and a lack of glaze from the manufacturing process in two places. Signed under the base. Height without the socket: 20cm. Diameter: 18cm.
