Tibergaard studied design at the Copenhagen School of Arts and Design and began his career working for several design firms in Denmark. Tibergaard's creations are characterised by their elegant simplicity, functionality, and attention to detail. He often used natural materials such as wood and leather, and his designs have been widely recognised for their craftsmanship and durability. Tibergaard has received several awards for his work, including the gold medal from the Danish Royal Society of Industrial Design.
