Wood and opaline glass lamp

Vintage mid-century round turned wood and brass lamp with art glass shade. The base is round, made of turned wood and brass. From the base rises a column with a brass goose neck arm leading to the brass shade holder. The shade is made of white opaque glass with a frilled edge, hand-painted in shades of beige, yellow, and blue. The flex is gold with an on/off button and a 2-pin European plug. The lamp takes one small screw-in bulb E14. US and Canadian buyers can find adapters to use this lamp with their E12 bulbs (without needing to change the bulb holders). Please search online for 'E14 to E12' adapter. The base shows some age-related marks and a lovely patina. The shade is in good condition with no cracks; however, there are some small chips around the fitter that are not visible when the shade is in place.
