Art Deco gondola sofa, France circa 1920

Superb small two-seater Art Deco sofa, circa 1920. A "gondola" style model with fluted, pointed uprights. The frame is made of waxed beechwood. It was completely reupholstered a few years ago by a professional upholsterer and covered in a very attractive, colorful Art Deco patterned fabric. Unused since then, it is in perfect condition, with only slight, but uniform, fading on the back from sun exposure. Width 120 cm, back height 78 cm, seat height 33 cm, depth 70 cm. High-quality and compact, this lovely sofa will easily find its place in a living room, bedroom, or large dressing room, regardless of your décor.
