Made of rosewood and mahogany, it captivates with the harmony of its proportions and the richness of its decorations. The two glass doors feature a subtle composition: their lower part, solid, is adorned with a butterfly wing veneer made from four sheets of rosewood, framing a panel of finely marqueted mahogany. This panel reveals a delicate scene depicting a flower basket topped with a ribbon, executed with finesse in stained wood marquetry. The upper two-thirds of the doors are glazed, framed by diagonally placed rosewood leaves, highlighted by wide mahogany fillets. The undulating contours of the glass add a touch of lightness to the whole. The lock is functional, accompanied by a finely chiseled bronze entry and key. The interior reveals four adjustable shelves, offering ample storage or display capacity. The chamfered uprights are inlaid with floral marquetry forming a generous frieze that runs across the entire piece, echoed on the upper crossbar for a continuous decorative effect. At the bottom, a finely crafted bronze trim, composed of scrolls, underscores the elegance of the façade. The straight feet ensure a sober and stable base.
