Very pretty duo of antique Copeland England plates, featuring a Japonese-inspired design in blue, brown, and green tones, reflecting a late 19th to early 20th-century style. They have a lovely presence for table decoration, in a display cabinet, or as part of a wall arrangement. The decoration is delicate, with a geometric frieze and a central botanical scene typical of English productions from this period. Stamped on the back Copeland England. The set remains very decorative and pleasant to display. Sold as a pair. Condition is fairly good: signs of wear, small usage scratches, and a few age-related stains, see photos. No chips, no cracks.
